- Supervised multiple game design teams. Trained an 8 person team of entry-level game designers.
- Developed and managed the gameplay prop outsourcing pipeline. Developed level design processes.
- Wrote game lore, mission stories, and dialogue for a licensed product.
- Designed and developed NPCs, abilities, AI, cinematics, gameplay systems, missions and combat, including tuning.
- Used Unreal and Maya to design all major types of MMO gameplay spaces.

Shipped Blacksite: Area 51 for PC, PS3, and XBox 360. Developed an unannounced open-city action title. Responsibilities were the following:
- Designed, implemented and optimized first person shooter and open city gameplay including worldbuilding, scripting, game writing and cinematics.
- Developed level construction processes and outsourcing pipelines. Prototyped game systems.
- Managed and trained a team of 10+ entry level game designers. Managed a small cross-disciplinary team from pre-production through product shipment.
- Created numerous game demos for international show circuits.
